With 20 years of rich classroom facilitation and instruction experience, we believe that learning can be effective only when it is fun and interesting. In this perspective, we coined Facilitator Led Fun Learning for Continuous Learning (FLFLCL™), an innovative trademark methodology for our learning modules. Using FLFLCL™, our interactive learning solutions are positioned to provide the most effective learning experience in the industry. We transform some of the most mundane content into engaging, interactive and fun filled learning resources.
The result is a rich learning experience that stays with the learner.
Typically, many of us tend to be Subconsciously Incapable (SI) or Consciously Incapable (CI) of our abilities. If we are at the SI stage, the first step is to move from this SI phase to the next CI phase and thus becoming aware of what we do not have. The next step is to progress from the stage of CI to the Consciously Capable (CC) stage and that comes from failing and learning. The ability to learn from failures allows us to move to the Consciously Capable quadrant. And finally, moving from the Consciously Capable stage to the Subconsciously Capable (SC) quadrant is an evolution that comes from perseverance and hard work, and learning from other's mistakes as well. |
