Nuveda brings expertise in offering technology enabled continuous learning solutions that are learner centric. Continuous Learning platform is Nuveda’s extensive online learning community that is integrated with a sound assessment framework. The assessment framework evaluates the learner on four levels – `Learner’, `Proficient’, `Fully capable’ and an `Expert’ on a specific topic. The assessment framework can be used to measure integration of learning concepts at the work place. The framework is designed for Managers at all level.

To add, they also provide learning interventions – like Online Contest (quizzes, discovery, music, crosswords, simulations, word games and more), Facilitator led discussions on topics supporting transfer of learning and challenges, and Co learners Evaluation.

- Assessment Framework that generates learner performance graph, peer learner’s -performance graphs, metrics that track participation in learning process. Discussion board to support in depth conversations on topics to aid transfer learning on the job. Ability for learners to add content to improve the richness to the learning process. Active involvement of the facilitator in all aspects of learning process to address needs such as mentoring, learner challenges etc.
- Ability to view Nuveda’s rich repository of learning resources – including e learning modules as applicable. The product is built on an integrated Open Source Moodle and Drupal environment. Batch wise reporting on learning metrics – learning scores (Minimum, Average, Maximum), participation level etc. Provides CL platform on 2-3 topics – example Meeting, Motivation, Delegation
